These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Voodi ("Voodi", "we", "us"), including our dashboard, storefront, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the menu content, images, and store information you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, display, and serve Your Content as needed to operate the Service, including to the end customers who view your menu.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you select unless cancelled beforehand. Fees are shown in USD at checkout. Downgrading a plan may reduce the number of stores, branches, or features available to your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful content, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
